My Testimonial Speech for Passing Board Exam

I’m delightful and pleased to be part of this program and have the opportunity to speak on behalf of the Library and Information Science graduates, whom successfully passed the Librarian’s licensure examination.
Surprisingly, Ma. Khristine Banzuela, Jeed Nicole Agapito ,Charo Red and I really don’t expect that we gonna make it. Despite  all the pressures and lack of time to focus on reviewing because of work.
On the actual test, we make sure that even we were already shaded the final answers. We kept on reading it again and praying inside that it’s the correct answer. And as we finished the first day of exam there were many doubts if we’re going to pass because of the difficult questions of the last subject we took. If I remembered it right some of my co-examinees kept on kidding “Kung kelan matatapos na dun ka pa mahihirapan nang todo” and “guys wag na tayong bumalik bukas wala na eh” Yeah all those words we’ve heard from them. But it never stops us to come back for the second day exam, although at the back of our mind we are afraid that we well be failed but at least we truly give our best shot on it. Indeed anyone can pass the licensure examination with trust and perseverance. After all, we never regretted that we’ve chosen Librarianship us our profession. As a matter of fact, after graduation we’ve got easily hired due to the great demand of the course which we are luckily thankful of.
We cannot enjoy this success without looking back and express our deepest gratitude to the persons behind our success. I together with my co-BLIS passers would like to take this opportunity to say thank you.
First, to our Dean Dr. Santillan for supporting the BLIS Program and to our Professors from Bicol University, who never stop supporting us even though we are too far from them. Most especially to this two persons whom we really don’t know what exact word to express how thankful we are that you come and be part of our lives. Ms. Jennifer B. Blacer and Ms. Rosemarie Ante, Mesdames, thank you for everything that you did for each one us. Thank you for not giving up on us even though there are times that you received some complaints but still you are there. And for always cheering us that guy you can do it. This success of ours never came true without the two of you. We hope that this makes you proud. Rest assured Mesdames that all the teachings and lessons we’ve learn from the both of you, we will use it as we are now practicing the same profession.
For our library family who became our extended family thank you for the prayers, and for believing that we gonna make it. We love you guys.
And of course to our families, for their unconditional love.
Above all, our deepest gratitude goes to Almighty Lord, for guiding us and for giving us the gift of life and wisdom.
As the saying goes “You don’t become enormously successful without encountering and overcoming a number of extremely challenging problems”. Thank you very much and God Bless as all.

Dios Mabalos.
